CineLog ("we", "our", "the app") is a media-player application that lets you connect to your own IPTV subscription (via Xtream Codes or an M3U URL) and play movies, series, and live-TV channels. CineLog does not host, distribute, or provide any media content itself.
If you create a CineLog account, we store your e-mail address and a hashed password in our Supabase database. We also synchronise the locally stored data listed above to your account so you can restore it on other devices.
On launch, the Premium Android app sends a one-time integrity token to Google Play's Integrity API via our backend. This token is used solely to verify that you are running an unmodified, Play-Store-licensed copy of CineLog. No personal data is included in or derived from this token. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
Local data persists until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Account data (e-mail + synced keys) is retained until you delete your account from the Settings page. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (see §7).
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in §7.
All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest in Supabase is encrypted by default. Your IPTV credentials are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our infrastructure.
For any privacy-related questions or deletion requests, please contact us at: contact@cinelogproject.com
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
